Simon Newberry
Simon has 18 years’ experience in the planning and property industries across Europe, Australasia and the Middle East. He has consulted for leading clients in the UK, Australia and the Middle East with an emphasis on analysing the impacts of socio-demographic factors on future city development and the property market. He has particular experience in strategic planning, residential and retail forecasting.
Chris Rans
With 15 years’ experience and 10 years’ working on projects in the Middle East, Chris combines local knowledge with a rigorous technical background. He has consulted in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, and has worked with leading clients in both the public and private sectors assessing economic feasibility, advising on project composition and guiding master planning processes. He has particular experience in master plan advisory, retail forecasting and hotel advisory.
